Jody Conley, Owner/Principal Stager
Having been born and raised in Snohomish County, Jody knows what it means to be truly from the Northwest. Before starting Conley
Homes and Design, she spent years as an event planner for a large non-profit organization and as a civilian employee for the Navy. By night she was renovating and decorating four separate houses of her own and countless rooms of her friends and family.
Jody has a passion for helping homeowners prepare their homes to sell. She is an accredited and certified Home Staging Specialist through Staging Studio and Home Staging Resource, and a member of both the National and Seattle Branch of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA). Jody attends staging conventions and training events each year, continually learning innovative industry standards.
What Jody enjoys the most about her work is the people. Homeowners and Realtor Partners are not just clients, but become family! Because of her friendly, approachable style, attention to detail, and creative designs, Jody has developed a highly respected reputation within the Puget Sound real estate community.
Dave Conley, Owner/Contractor
Dave describes himself as able to Build It, Fix It, Demo It or Move It. Raised on a farm in North Snohomish County, he learned about hard work and values. With over 30 years of experience in the Construction industry as a Journeyman Carpenter, Superintendent and Project Manager, his knowledge and expertise are vast. Dave is an industry leader in Construction and Workplace Safety.
He and Jody are the perfect team. While Jody focuses on the design, Dave is the logistics king, and enjoys the tasks that makes our staging team safe and efficient. Any day getting to use tools is a good day, and helping clients fix things around their homes that they couldn’t do for themselves is both enjoyable and rewarding.
