Occupied Home Staging Consultation & Touch Up Service
Perfect for those that plan to live in their home while it's on the market, but need help getting it ready-to-show. Starting at the curb, we'll view your whole home and property, and discuss a personalized list of recommendations you can follow to maximize your Return on Investment and attract buyers.

Recommendations may include suggestions for landscape sprucing, repainting, needed repairs, removal of items/de-cluttering, cleaning, furniture arrangement, and new furnishings and decor.

Need a little more hands on help? Utilize our Touch Up Service. Following the list of recommendations, we'll roll up our sleeves and get to work depersonalizing, editing and staging the key areas of the home utilizing the homeowners furniture, art and decor. Take advantage of our shopping power as we select bedding and pillows on your behalf (which you keep!). In many cases, rental of artwork and light decor are available to complete the look. **some restrictions apply
Vacant Home Staging
Most buyers have a hard time envisioning how to use a space when it is viewed vacant or unoccupied. We specialize in taking the guessing out of the equation and showing buyers how to see it as their own! Our designs will create a comfortable and stylish look that will attract buyers.
