Client Care Coordinator

We are currently looking for an ambitious right-hand person to facilitate the office activities for Conley Homes Staging & Design.  As the Client Care Coordinator you will play a crucial role assisting the owners in communicating with our current and potential clients, providing timely information and resources, and managing the company calendar to be continually updated and current.

Who You are:
A People Person, a great communicator and passionate about building relationships. You have excellent computer and phone skills. You love being creative, very efficient and well organized. You are energetic and your smile can be heard through the phone. You are familiar with Marketing processes, and have an understanding of the Real Estate Industry. You are willing to roll up your sleeves to do what is needed.


Who You are Not:

You don’t get overwhelmed by a fast pace environment. You are not scared of the phones and starting conversations with new people. You are not afraid of change.

Must haves:

Positive mindset, enthusiastic personality, solution oriented, life longer learner.


Learning company procedures and adhering to the established brand is essential in the day to day operations. You will be required to display a high level of professionalism and provide concierge style compassionate client care at all times.

Ability to work productively and independently while embracing an unpredictable work atmosphere.

Managing all communication touch points with clients from incoming inquiries, sending proposals, contracts, scheduling, invoicing, follow up
Explaining staging/design services, packages and pricing, procedures to potential clients
Scheduling movers, stagers, managing company calendar
Customer Relations Management database updates and client file coordination
Facilitating Communication plan to current clients and prospects, nurturing and follow- up
Creation of Promotional Materials/Flyers

Social Media Updates


Position Details:
This is a Part Time, Flex position. Typical work days are Monday-Friday. Occasional weekend communication necessary.

We will consider a hybrid in office/remote work environment for the right candidate.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour DOE
